Just installed me E8400 yesterday and all is fine running at 3.6ghz so far and I'll trying for around 3.8ghz-4.0ghz later once the cpu has settled down after a few days. Anyways, I've checked the temps using the following:
Bios 37c
reatemp 36c-38c
coretemp 41c-43c
speedfan 33c-29c
I know theres not a lot between them all (but I reckon speedfan is a bit optimistic) but which one do ppl reckon is the closest?
Intel thermal analysis tool won't work at all, but I reckon that'll show a good 10c-15c higher than all the others.
