hello
i am getting different temps depending on what monitoring software i use as shown below
my own motherboard pc health software says 44c and core temp gives 62c
i need to know which one i should believe before i start to think about overclocking
As i understand it coretemp takes its readings from a sensor actually in the cpu core, or something like that where as most "cpu" temp sensors as supplied by mobo manufacturers take it from a sensor on the mobo.
if u want 100% accurate temp readings of the cpu cores use intel temprature analysis tool or TAT sorry didnt read sig not sure this will work with amd chip
