Which temps to trust?

Ok, so core temp shows idle at 55/56 degrees and full load at 76/77 or 81/82 degrees depending on what it's doing.

Easytune6 that was bundled with the mobo shows CPU @ 43/44 idle and 72/73 at full load, so which do I trust? I must admit the core temp figures have me worried a bit although the case is barely warm to the touch and neither is the air coming out of it.

It's an AMD E-350 Gigabyte board, the heatsink has it's own 40mm fan and the case fan is a Noctua 80mm running at it's lowest speed, to be honest the case fan makes no difference to temps, I just have it on for some air flow through the case.

Thanks, just tried it and it gives the same odd results as Speedfan- when opened at idle it immediately shows 61 degrees even though nothing is running, under full load it only jumps to 64 which is precisely the same readings speedfan gives. The system temp is accurate across all the programs it just seems to be the CPU temp I'm not getting consistent results for.

Can you check bios temps without restarting? only by then they've dropped back down so it's hard to gauge it.
