Which TFT

Hi

I was going to add a 2nd Samsung 913N but i think i will get a new screen with DVI this time and use my samsung as the 2nd,

Which screens are the best and i want as high a contrast ration as i can get for photoshop stuff, max i would like to pay is about 300.

I guess you're in a tricky position here since it would be nice to have two matching TFT's wouldn't it? If you wanted a DVI version of what you have right now, you could look for the Samsung 913B which is the same but with the extra interface. If you wanted to look for perhaps a better performer, you would probably need to look away from the TN Film models (like the 913N/ 913B) and look at the VA / IPS models. The Dell 1905FP offers some excellent static image qualities and might be a good choice for photoshop work in the price range. It also offers excellent ergonomics but is a little hard to find nowadays

Dell UltraSharp 1907FP is the only dell i can find is that in much the same league as the the 1905FP

not really sadly as it's based on an 8ms TN Film panel rather than a PVA panel as used in the 1905FP. It might be worth looking at some other model
