Which thermal paste do u guys recommend, i am in the process of RMAing my Corsair H110 and currently using artic silver paste so perfect time to change paste.Have to say the customer service so far has been excellent :D

Arctic silver is perfectly good, but it is electrically conductive as it's silver-based.

MX-2 or 4 are very good and I'm currently using Prolimatech PK-1 as I bought a big tube a while back. Thermal Grizzy is also meant to be very good. These are all non-conductive.

Yeah, if I was buying at the moment, I'd get thermal grizzly. It's just that I've got one of the huge PK-1 tubes from when I was doing a lot of system building and repairs for friends.

I am fairly positive that attic silver is not conductive
It is capacitive
So it might kill a chip but not unless you do something terrible and stupid

I assumed the OP was using arctic silver 5, which contains silver and that being silver-based it would be conductive. Having read the arctic silver 5 page (http://www.arcticsilver.com/as5.htm) I stand corrected. Interesting that a paste made from 99.9% silver isn't conductive.

Anyway you'd have to do something really stupid to kill a chip, like smear the stuff on the pins!

For water cooling AIO I would go Griz Hydronaut. Developed for just that usage. Top perf and none conductive.
