I currently own this:

I was thinking of getting another 2 gig, because sometimes I get a "windows is running out of virtual memory" when I am in crysis or some other games

what is the difference between the one I have and this:

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-108-CS&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=813

800MHz RAM Speed, CAS 4-4-4-12 Timings, 1.8-2.2v VDIMM, Lifetime Warranty with Corsair.

800MHz RAM Speed, CAS 5-5-5-15 Timings, 1.9-2.2v VDIMM, Lifetime Warranty with Corsair

when I bought my pc my ram was £120 and the 4-4-4-12 was £160. now both are so cheap.

would it be worth getting the same again ( 2 gig) or just get the other memory ( 4 gig)

thanks

When did you buy your current 2gb?

It's always wise to buy the same again, but Corsair change the brand of chips they use pretty often, and it can be hard to tell which chips each might have.

Well it's a tiny bit faster than the CAS5 stuff, and normally overclocks further. The latter is the only real advantage.

Oh yeah. Even the 5-5-5-15 PC6400 will stay with an E6600 to over 3.6ghz.
