Which to choose?

I currently have 2x 512MB corsair xms2 5400 overclocked to 6400 (800mhz).

I want to add another 2x1GB DDR2 sticks to increase my RAM to a total of 3GB. My motherboard is an Asus P5B Deluxe.

My budget is around £120. Which is the best value and most compatible with my board (i.e. will boot up at normal voltages, timings, etc)

Which is better, the OCZ or Geil 2gb kit? I have an Asus P5B Deluxe mobo.

And Orange heastsinks with the GeIL. I would just go with whatever suits your colour scheme. I use the GeIL personally.
