Which to go for C2D 4300 or 6300

On Monday I'll be getting my CPU to go with my Gigabyte DS3 & my 2gig of G.Skill 6400NQ, but can't decide to go for either the E4300 because of the higher multi or the E6300.

So which one the better option for overclocking on stock cooler for time being & around the 3Ghz mark maybe slightly higher.
