which to overclock.

i have ram at 1077 Mhz @ 5-5-5-15.

should i either keep that speed or would i benefit better if i decrease clock rate and decrease the timing.

my uses is gaming. Mainly crysis which uses 2 GB.

on RAM website it says 2.1-2.2 volts. what happens if i go over this, will it damage my ram or just void my warranty?

you would not see any difference at all over clocking your ram

i went from 6400 to 8500 with nothing changing at all, including crysis game-play, you will just run the risk of damaging the ram

use everest and check what is the best performance for your rig

Have a play with each and see what's stable, then ask for suggestions as to which to use / benchmark it.

Last ocz I tested would do 1150 at 5-5-5-18 but only 850ish at 4-4-4-12. Widely varies with your particular ram.

Neither is going to make much difference, I tend to run 1:1 with fsb at whatever timings it can manage
