Which Top Down Heatsink

I am looking for a top down type heatsink that uses either a 120mm fan or a 140mm fan. I have seen the 2 below at OcUK. Any good?

Any restrictions i should know about, i.e ram blocking, size, weight etc.

You have to go a long way to beat the Thermalright XP-120 in my opinion. Unfortunately, in a move best understood by Thermalright, they have discontinued it, leaving the SI-128 as their cheap 120mm horizontal cooler or the new AXP-140 as the replacement for the XP-120. I haven't tried either, but the AXP-140 is massive, and, as it's name suggests, takes a 140mm or 120mm fan.
