weird choices, 3/6/8 Go memory cards xD
if he is going 4K monitor or 3/5x eyefinity/surround, then the 780Ti is out the door untill they add 6Go version, we are left with Titan black and Vaporx 8Go.
making good use of that much memory requires 2 or 3 cards.
the Sapphire VaporX is very limited edition, if he buys only 1 now, he might not find another one to crossfire/trifire later, and a regular R9 290X iwith 4Go will limit his 8Go and mirrors it as 4Go.
so if he is going straight crossfire/trifire, i would suggest the VaporX
if he buys only one, i suggest the titan black since it's not a limited edition.

now if he only plans to play on 1080p then 780Ti is a good pick, or the VaporX 4 Go version.

yes he plansd to go multi (x2) , at the moment he will be playing on 1080p but could later upgrade his monitor to 4k, thanks guys
