I've just started a job with Vodafone and as such, I can get half price line rental for myself and the missus (plus 30% discounts for a further 8 people) and we want to both stay with Windows Phones as we already have a 520 and a 635 between us and we can both bag the freebies that MS are currently offering on the 930 / 830.

Is the 930 still the one to go for, or is the new 830?

Depends what features you want, 930 is technically the higher model. But it lacks glance screen, which is why a lot of people pic the 830 over the 930.

Look at the spec lists and see which your prefer.

To be fair, the spec list does not mean much to me as it all looks lovely over my 520. May as well go for the 930 just because I can though might get the missus an 830.
