Hi,
My eyesight is a little bit rubbish so for the past 5 years I've had a 37" Samsung LE37b550 screen as my computer monitor. I sit about 30cm away from that and it works fine. It's also great for watching films. However, it's a bit rubbish for games.
I was wondering what similar sized screen would be a real improvement for gaming but at a maximum £600.
My graphics card is an ati 6950. I think the problem with the screen is ghosting and tearing and the contrast could be better....but perhaps the graphics card isn't helping. I'm not really playing anything up to date and not maxing the graphics settings.
