Which TV Card ?

I'm building a HTPC for a mate but am having real problems choosing a TV card.
Any ideas?

Is it worth getting dual tuners or would he be able to use the tuner on his Sammy 37" LCD in conjuction with the card to get PIP and watch and record?

Also needs to have remote control which will operate MCE too, if poss.

I'd appreciate any recommendations also. I have had two TV tuner cards over the years, both were analogue, and quite frankly, both pants.

Do the digital variety deliver, or are they nearly as bad as their analogue predecessors?
