Which TV Tuner Card?

I know its always been a minefield with these things... so i thought it best to ask as i cant find a thread with a definative answer..

1st if someone could find a decent PCI (not Pci-e) Tv tuner card, compatible with media centre (vista) that would be a miracle ...

Secondly if not .. not to fussed about dual tuners, but if someone could tell me of one that has a composite in (the yellow plug ) as well as the usual stuff , and needs to be MC compatible.

Cheers guys, im just so lost on this subject as i have bought loads of total duds before.

I know the feeling I've had 95% success with cards but they always seem to fall over at some point

dont want to hyjack but its a similar note - im looking for 1 too preferably digital + analogue or digital, and if it comes with the media centre control i wouldnt mind that too. For me the remote it comes with is the most important thing, not sure if the media centre remote lights up when touched or not
