Hey all, Just after some advice/opinions as to which path I'd be better off looking to go down to upgrade as I'm feeling the itch :)

The details of my current system are in my sig. I'm thinking:

CPU/Mobo/RAM (i5 or i7 maybe)
or
GPU (another 4850 or 4850x2?)

I'm tempted with another 4850 (x2) but by going down that route I'd need a new mobo anyway and probably a new PSU and I'm unsure as to the benifits of tri/quad crossfire and if my current CPU would be a bottleneck.

Any advice would be most welcome as ri'm eally unsure as to what would be of most benifit for the money.

I use it mainly for gaming and I've just bought a new monitor and 1920x1200 is starting to strain a bit.

I'm not sure on the cost really. I suppose it would be what ever it costs to get it done to a degree.

I'm kind of glad you don't think the CPU/Ram is holding anything back. The q6600/ ip-35 combo is the oldest part of my system and its been bomb proof, runs nice and cool(ish). The GPU side of things would be favourable for me as the 4850x2 is a great card but it does make a racket and run hot. I'll look into the 5xxx series cards. Got to stay ATI i think
