Which upgrade route?

I have $450 Canadian to spend. Just wondering what you all would do with it. This is what I'm running right now.

AMD 64 3000+
2Gb Ballistix
K8N Neo2 Plat.
9800 pro
Audigy SE
Tsunmai Dream Case
400W Antec PP-412x (20pin)
DVD burner

I mostly play Battlefield2 and listen to music.

I'd push towards a graphics card, as the rest of your rig is OK.

Do you think going pci-e with a DFI NF4 UltraD and a x800GTO2 would be a worthwhile upgrade? Or would sticking with AGP be trouble down the road if money becomes an issue?

PCI-E board and a X850 is a very good choice, if you can push it go for a X1800XL.

Because of money restraints the x800gto2 seems like the best deal, unless I can pick up a 7800gt for $250 CDN in town tonite

I might be able to sell my old cpu and mobo too, then ill have enough to add an opty 165 into my upgrade
