Which vega64?

Get the Sapphire, best cooling solution, stable voltage regulation by all accounts, and general build quality is very good.

You have to remember we've sold more than 2000 units in a 30 day period, so of course when you sell such a huge volume in a short period RMA's will happen even if return rate is under 0.5% there will still be quite a few coming back, simply due to scale of sales.

I rate them both evenly, Sapphire is by far the best selling by over ten fold, right now Sapphire is our no.1 GPU brand across all brands sale wise.
 
At stupid high FPS I do get some minor whine on my Powercolor (Devil). However, I had the same card in the exact same rig with a different mobo only and had no whine. So it may even be the mobo whining.

Yes in a system whine can be causes by Graphics, Power supply, Motherboard and sound cards.
