Which version of annex do I need on my router?

Just gone with a new ISP and the guy said on the phone something about I would need a router that does annex!, from searching though there seems to be different types, with letts ie annex M A etc

My upload is 2.2MB

Any ideas which version I need?

2.2Mbps upload on ADSL2+ is Annex M.
