Which Video Editing Software?

Have not really used a video editing program before.

Have a few clips I need to turn into "Slo-Mo" and add some backing music.

Recommendations?

depends on what you really need to do is slo mo it? no effects etc?

if thats it might as well just search for shareware / freeware like virtualdub

Windows Movie Maker will most likey do the job tbh.

Virtual dub will do it for free, in about 5 mins.

You just double the number of frames and then tell it to play back at the old framerate and you will get smooth slow motion.
