One of my machines is a Dual Athlon MP 2800+ (two physical CPUs)
As I understand it, a single dual core processor only requires one of the basic versions, but my dual socket machine would require one of the more expensive ones. But which version ?
In a way it is the same as now - my system requires XP Professional because XP Home only supports one physical CPU. Yet XP Home supports the now much faster dual core CPUs
Doesn't seem fair..... probably stick with XP
