Which voltages for i7-8700K overclock?

I have tried 5.0 GHz at various voltages and it was far from stable, so I'm going to tone it back a bit.

What voltages (maybe start off voltage and maximum voltage) should I try for 4.7 GHz, 4.8 GHz and 4.9 GHz?

What vcore did you try at 5ghz?

Generally around 1.3v is needed for 5ghz. If it helps I'm rock solid stable at 4.8ghz 24/7 at 1.275v but every chip is different. I bench 5ghz @1.3v fine but need 1.320v to get to 5.1ghz.

I found theres very little difference between 4.8ghz and 5ghz anyway, not worth the extra heat and voltage IMO.
