Which watch?

I currently own a Titanium Seiko Sportura which I wear everyday. I really like it.

However, I'm currently looking for something a little smarter for dress/going out.

I've narrowed it down to these two and I'm having difficulty deciding.

1)

I was pretty much set on the first one but a number have people have said the second one does stand out. I'm still umm'ing and arrr'ing.

What do you guys think?
