Which Watercooler

Hi am finally geeting rid of my ugly case the Xclio Airbus which to be fair gives incredible air cooling.

New case is going to be the Corsair Graphite 600T Midi Tower Case - Limited Edition White

Now after having a case with great airflow and moving to a much smaller case have decided to watercool.

Wont be OC that much if at all so have a choice of 2

Antec Kúhler H2O 620 CPU Watercooler
or
Corsair Hydro H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler

The Antec seems to get better reviews and is cheaper so suits me.

I7 2600k

with a massive GPU ATI Radeon 6970 which is the reason for watercooling as the gpu should manage to keep itself cool but the size of the thing is really gonna limit airflow in case.

Thanks in advance Nigel

I presume your budget doesn't stretch as far as a fully custom loop/cheaper kit?

H100 would be my choice for enclosed coolers. I found the 6970 to be too loud, so with a bit of reading (and plenty of cash) i'd watercool that aswell if you value silence

imo if you can't afford watercooling then don't get closed loop kits, they perform worse, usually, than air coolers at the same price, only reason to get one imo is if your tight for space, eg in a sff rig

Have you just learnt what imo means? :p You used it a lot in that sentence imho. But yeah don't get enclosed loops. :D Whats your budget?

nh-d14 is the best air cooler, beats the silver arrow and the h100 and is cheaper than the h100 (it is more expensive than the silver arrow though)

Thanks guys

Really confused now

As I don't really OC my system to hard was really just looking for a simple to do WC to showcase in my shiny new set-up.

Thanks allot anyway, will probably keep with air cooling for a while then possibly look at doing it prop-ally at a later date.

And yes the 6970 bursts your ear drums when its fans kick in but not really worried about noise in game out of game 6970 fans soon stop and its all silent.
