Which watercooling to choose

Looking for some water cooling for my pc as the noise levels from it can get quite high, quieter the cooling solution the better.

System: AMD FX55 , 2gb ram , 2 sata 80gb raid 0 , 1 sata storage drive, 2 x 7800 gt extreme editions , asus sli premium.

So need a water cooling which is quiet and effective , all for around £200 maby £250.

Any suggestions?

Been looking at a number of reviews and i like the Swiftech H20-220 Apex "Ultra" Watercooling Kit and a vga block from ocuk. That and the philips 20" widescreen tft should just about finish my rig.
