When installing the rad to my Corsair 650D which way round would be best for tubing
ie rad holes drive bay end or to the rear ?
or doesn't it matter ?

Lol and who said you can't teach a old dog new tricks ha ha only messing Im not that far behind

:D been messing/building rigs since the eighties but never got round to doing a water cooled one, was on my bucket list and then I won a comp on another forum (kinda "special" one) EK H30 supreme HF 240 kit,
so here I am getting balder by the second but learning new tricks along the way..... Happy Says!

you called.. and yes i am happy :)

Best bet for watercooling is to make the tubing as easy to route and as short as possible, so no tight bends etc.

Always go res > pump but after that its pretty much up to you, if running to different blocks ie CPU and GPU a lot of people like to put a RAD in between (but this inst essential im currently going from GPU to CPU due to ease of routing and a bit of bad planning on my part)

:D thanks, only doing cpu for now one step at a time and fall back 3 :p

Loop order doesn't matter in watercooling as long as the res is directly before the pump. The water reaches an equilibrium after about 30mins so it makes no difference if you have the CPU before the GPU etc.

Good luck ;)

Thanks, I will bear this in mind when I do the gpu's.
