I own my domain and webmail through 123-reg, but they want £47 for one year of hosting on their most basic package, it's advertised as £2.49 a month but they then want a £10 setup charge and loads of vat. 
Isn't it illegal to advertise prices without vat?
So I need reccomendations for a hosting company for my domain, don't need any special features, just want to put up a php website.
