Which website?

Messing around with a couple of designs for a pirate station who've asked me to do them a website. Please - no no comments about whether i'm going to get my door busted down or not, we had that last time.

I like this - quite simple/clean but I don't think it really fits the whole pirate thing. Still need to work on the header.

I like the first one - looks really clean and good navigation.
The header image is about the only thing that looks a bit off.

The other one is a bit dark with huge navigation links

I like number two. The large bold typeface works really well.

As it's pirate, how about a different colour than that sky blue? A dark orange or red, or perhaps even a dark pink would work well.

Or black text on the rollover with a white background. Play around with the colours.

I like both but think number 2 stands out more and is a lot more retro and modern for a radio station

Cheers all. Might go for a "burnt" orange colour instead of the blue.

I like the header on 2 also. I think it might look better with tighter tracking and a wider space before 104.5. The link text also could be tightened up with, for example, letter-spacing: -.05em;.

Changed the blue to a red, and also changed the photos to things a bit more relevant.

I prefer the first one, but the second one is more... radioish.
