Which 'weed & feed'?

Issue with moss and dandelions at the minute, and could do with putting some stuff down to sort it out.

Recommendations?

I been using EverGreen Complete Soluble, product, feeds, kills moss & weeds.

Get on your hands & knees & dig those dandelions out! Instant result.
Also, I would rake most of the moss out before you put any feed+weedkiller down.
