Which will give me the best picture and game experience

As above what will give me the best result

A. samsung screen 3840x2160 at 60hz 4k ultra hd led monitor

B. samsung screen 2560x1440 at 144hz va curved

i already have a dell 2560x1440 but its getting on in years and only runs at 60hz, not having bought a monitor for years i have no idea which will give me the best graphic result. If it makes any difference it will be paired with an rx 5700 xt card

any advice appreciated, money is an option and would like to stay low as possible
 
I’d say option B, running 3840*2160 with an RX5700 XT would be very demanding and at only 60fps. Your card will be more comfortable at 2560*1440 where you may get frame rates over 60 and up to 144.

I’d only go with option A if you had the latest nvidia graphics cards and even then I’d recommend 3840*2160 at 144hz which is expensive but if you can afford a new nvidia card then splashing that kind of cash on a monitor wouldn’t be alien.
