What is the advantage of buying the Pro version of Win 8.1? Thanks.

Windows 8.1 Pro have 8 advantages over 8.1:
System - Supported upto 2 CPUs
System - Supported upto 512GB RAM
System - VHD Boot
Management - Group Policy
Management - Client Hyper-V
Management - Domain Join
Security - BitLocker and BitLocker To Go
Networking - Remote Desktop (host)

If you really don't used these 8 features then get Windows 8.1 would be better cos it bundled with Windows Media Center but it didn't bundled with 8.1 Pro as it is sold separately so Windows Media Center can be purchase through 8.1 Pro addons.
