Which windows is best for gaming and multitasking?

I have win xp 32 now but will get asus p8z68 v motherboard soon and i2500k cpu... so need new windows. Should i stay with win xp 32bit or get newer (more buggy windows)?

Win 7 64 bit. I find a lot better than XP. Easier to use and 64 bit will allow you to use 4gb+ RAM.

Another vote for the 64-bit edition of Windows 7.

XP won't be able to take full advantage of your new hardware.

win7 64 bit,although i still love xp you need more than 3.5gb of ram when gaming and for that you need a 64bit os

Definitely W7 64bit.

But, remember the Physical Memory Limits of Windows 7.

XP 32-bit cannot utilise modern hardware and should be left in 2001
