I'm due to move house in a few weeks, and at my current house am using the Virgin supplied router WGR614v9.
Most of the time I use my laptop downstairs and haven't had any issues with the router. However, in the new house which is larger and also has a bedroom in the attic I'm not sure if the router is up to the job particularly as I want to have a desk up stairs and also connect a desktop PC?
What would be a good replacement?
I was thinking of a Netgear WNR, any thoughts on this or experiences?

Good question... I don't want to say it doesn't matter how much it costs, rather a compromise between spec and cost, for arguments sake let's say £80 if that helps?
