Amd Athlon XP 3200 @ 2.19GHz
Asus A7N8X
1GB ram
Radeon 9800 pro
2x ide hard drives
Creative audigy sound card

Ive had this for a while do i need an upgrade?i do a lot of dvd converting and as for games i only play football manager should i switch to pentium?

That isn't something that I can really answer or indeed probably anyone else here. Does your system do everything that you want? If so then why upgrade? If it doesn't then yes you can upgrade and get something a lot faster. If you do decide you want to upgrade what is your budget? There isn't a huge amount that you could keep from that PC.

I'd say no dont bother if the only game your playing is footy manager.
