Which would be better...?

Hi there, just a quick question, thinking of building the following but just need a bit of help choosing the right motherboard......

im getting athlon 64 x2 3800, 2x512 corsair, 250gb WD SATA, but should i get

1)Gigabyte K8N-SLi Pro

OR

2)Asus A8N-SLi Premium

Depending on which i should choose why? and what reasons??

Any help much appreciated and thanks in advance

I'd go for the Premium personally.
Nice solid stable board and it also has a nice layout.

only problem is that, that particular board might be expensive......any other good SLi choices - im not actually getting 2 gfx cards, but i might get another one after a while (card i have chosen btw is a 7600 GT OC)
