Which of these would be better :-

Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4550 512MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI (PCI-Express) - Retail

or

PNY GeForce 8800 GT 256MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail

They are for my friend who games at 1440*900 and would like the new call of duty game when its out aswell as fallout 3

Has a budget of £50 but if there is something noticeably quicker for an extra £10 then please say.
