Which would you buy??

Sorry if this is a silly question, but I am about to buy a:
Asus ATI Radeon HD 4850 1024MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI (PCI-Express) - Retail with my new system.

However I have just been offered 2x SAPPHIRE HD 2600 XT 512MB GDDR3 cards.....

Which would be best? the single card or 2x 2600's
