Which would you go for?

Would be my choice, purely of the quality of MSI but they have had a couple of bad reports recently with RMA problems.

Normally due to the 7950's being better value, I'd choose that over the 670. Thing is, that's a good price for the 670's, and I 'think' that POV are a little better for rma, though you'd need to check up on that.

That said, I know from experience that HIS make good cooling solutions, but what the temps / noise would be like on the 670's, I don't know. I expect they'll be noisier at load, though I can't see temps being a problem at all.

Edit : by the looks of it, stay away from POV.

+1 for the MSI.
