Going to get Ryzen 5 3600, 5700XT & B450-I AORUS PRO WIFI (Socket AM4) Mini-ITX Motherboard

Yes, definitely the Crucial Ballistix Sport. I think there's an led version out now if that's your thing, although looking at your original suggestions it's probably not.
