which wow server

Im coming back to wow after a 6 month break i plan to start afresh, i would like to know which are the newest servers. im looking for EU PVP rp or non rp.

Any sugestions?

Doomhammer is great, but it's PVE.

If you're going horde then I'd try Executus, even Alliance thinking about it, I've found that to have a fairly good community
