Which X51 Dell PDA?

About to purchase a Dell Pda from OCUK.
There are 3 different X51's. All with slightly different spec I guess.

Im inclined to go for the most expensive, the 624. As it has a VGA screen. Wise choice?
All have wifi I imagine.
Do the OCUK Dells come with warranty etc?

I would go for the best screen but if your not likely to make good use of it then it may be a waste of money and it depends on if you going to use it to watch video as well.

Ill defintly be getting a good amount of use out of it. I will defintly be using it to watch video.
