Which Z170 Motherboard?

Hi,

I need a new Motherboard to go with an i5 6600k, 16gb DD4 RAM and a GTX970 which I already have.

Have been looking at these 2, but not sure which, they seem pretty much identical.

Cheers stulid. I do have the CPU already, so would you go with the 170XP-SLI over the 170X-UD3? I'm not going to be overclocking or anything either.

Hmmmmm.

Not sure to be honest, check the number of usb, sata etc and pick one.

They are both 3yr warranty.

I've gone for the UD3. They're pretty much the same to be honest and the UD3 was the one I was going to go for originally. Thanks for the help.
