Which Z77 Bundle?

I'm trying to decide on a bundle to go for a Z77 bundle to go for and can't really differentiate between them. Price isn't an issue but I want it to be as quiet as possible and I'll be using it with a NV 680 as well.

The three choices are:

I'm getting a Fractal R4 case. I have a Corsair HX 620W PSU. The price difference between the i5 and the i7 is minimal enough for me to get the i7, even if the performance gains are small.

I really just want the best z77 bundle there is.
 
There is no point going i7 if you wont be using the hyper threading (only difference).
If you dont do stuff like heavy video editing then it will be a 0% performance increase.
Extra money be better spent on a better motherboard, monitor or GPU etc.
Something that makes a difference.

Thanks for the advice.

If I was too get something along the lines of this bundle then are there any parts there that would be worth replacing with better components?
