Which Z77 ITX board to pick?

So I plan to OC a i7-3770K using a Corsair H80i or similar.

Which is the best board to go for?

Asus P8Z77-I Deluxe or ASRock Z77E-ITX?

I've got the ASRock, and can only say good things about it. Packed with features, and very easy to overclock :-)

Runs my i5 3570k @ 4.6ghz all day!

Got 4.6Ghz on mine easy enough on the asrock board, ofc its always pot luck with the silicone lottery.

Well the best board is the Asus but is more expensive but does have better socket placement.

The ASRock is a very good board if socket placement isnt an issue.

Almost forgot the MSATA is rather close on the underside of the board so some people have to shave a little off the back plate to get the heatsink to go on.

I have an ASRock Z77E-ITX in my server/NAS system, running an i5-3570t. I have a 256GB SSD in the MSATA slot, however I'm using a really cheap low profile heatsink that doesn't interfere with the SSD. More importantly, I have not had any stability issues thus far, and such it gets my vote.

Thanks the cost really isnt a issue and although as im not running a big heatsink i don't feel socket placement would be a issue currently but its something to consider for the future.
