They are both pretty much the same but id choose the gigabyte as they have a UK RMA base and it is cheaper than the msi

gigabyte has a slightly better rma service if it breaks (uk based vs msi netherlands based), both are good though.

msi looks better (gigabluepcb)

clocks are luck, gigabyte is a tiny smidge faster out of the box if you're not into overclocking (a crime with this card)

MSI cards RMA service is through OcUK.

It might take a little longer than dealing with Gigabyte directly but you don't have to send the card back to the Netherlands.
