Whinging noise....

Hi there

Does anyone know which component/fan is the LAST thing that switches off when turning the pc off?

Reason I ask is I'm getting a whinging sound shortly after the pc has powered up and it it driving me crazy! Its a new build but never had it for the first couple of weeks. I have tried looking but as they are very close together I can't tell where is causing it.

However, when I turn off the pc its the LAST thing that powers off if that helps.

It could be your GPU, as the power is cut the buzzer warns of low power very quickly, Some people had this problem last year with there GTX's I think!

After the power is cuts its slowly whines down hence why I ask the last component to turn itself off etc.
