Guys, since upgrading the BIOS on my board I am sure the CPU fan has started to Whine at Idle. Temps are fine 30C at Idle and below 65 at Load.
I have the Asus P6T board with the Noctua Cooler.
Its either the CPU fan or the GFX card fan. I checked the fan speed in Catalyst Controller and that states 34%
How can I check the fan speed of the CPU Fans?
