Whisky Drinking.

I like a little whisky every now and then and was wondering if anyone could recommend me a good glass and a means to keep my whisky cold? I know you can get "rocks" that are meant to be frozen and can keep your drink cold without diluting it. Does anyone have any first had experience of these?

My uncle also drinks a lot and would welcome any recommendations on small Christmas presents.

I either have to have my drink hot or cold. Odd I know but.

I also know that my uncle has his whisky on ice. Would this make a good little gift if I got him a set of, DB-Tech Whisky Chilling Rocks Gift Set off of the Rainforest?

The glass may be something I'll luck into when I have a little more spare cash, for the moment something "cheap" yet still a good whisky glass would be nice as just using any old glass annoys me a little.

What's your budget Antony? Maybe a small bottle of malt?

We have already gotten him some other stuff. This was just an after thought while I was looking for a glass for myself.

I would maybe treat myself to something though. If there is something you could recommend. I've not got much money to spend due to my troubles with a recent GTX 670 purchase but if you could recommend something nice for someone new to this Whisky malarkey.

Bare in mind I'm only 19 so the whole alcohol thing is new to me.

Some great recommendations, I'll have to grab myself some whisky of some sort and will also attempt to get an idea of what my uncle may like. I know he has ice in his whisky so I'll grab some of those rocks to try out.
