Sorting out some nice food for my dad for his birthday tomorrow and I need to find a decent recipe for Whisky Sauce. Googling is all very well but all the recipes vary so very much I don't know where to start!
One recipe calls for 500ml of double cream whereas the next just wants 100ml but both use near enough the same amounts of mustard although differing amounts of whisky.
Anyone got a good tried and tested recipe?
