White App Icons Randomly Appeared [3Gs]

Hey guys,

Girlfriends 3Gs has randomly made a few of the app icons white/blank.

The phone isn't jailbroken or anything. Is it just a simple fix of syncing with the computer again?
Cant sync just yet as the comp is at her mums but im wondering if that will fix it?

Anyone seen or had this issue?

Did you fix this as I have the same issue?

Reset hasn't fixed the issue, I'm JB so don't really want to have to restore etc

If you're Jailbroken a re-spring normally fixes this. I've never seen this on non-Jailbroken device!
